no response after the interview with director, they asked me more DAX, marketing, Power BI DAX queries, questions on multi-attributions, and revenue calculations. it was 30-minute interview. I didnt get any response after that and am still waiting for the response. even interview was taken after 2 weeks, I guessing it is not forwarded yet, i tried mailing the hr mutliple times and there is no respnse. It's frustrating when communication stops after a detailed interview. The delay, coupled with an unresponsive HR, often points to internal holdups like scheduling conflicts or other candidates still in the pipeline. Given the director-level interview, the decision is significant. While you wait, it is wise to continue pursuing other opportunities.
