Initial telephone interview. Following on from this stage was a face to face with multiple members off HS team including HR staff and Sales Directors, where a presentation had to be delivered followed by a more traditional interview, with lots of 'tell me about a time when' style questions.

Hiring Manager wanted me to interview with 4 different colleagues and get their approval, eventually one said they didn't approve of me moving to get hired. He was open and honest though even in the interviewed when I asked him if he felt comfortable moving me forward
