The Interview process focused mostly on the skills and prior experience but also to answer hypothetical regarding decision making the company would likely to face. The interview was conducted by a panel, but most questions were asked by the team manager of the particular business unit.

Question 1
What would be your first step if you face xyz problem at the workspace? how did you gain your knowledge about xyz software and how has it been useful to you since then?
No technical parts, asked about your past projects. Average interview questions and behavioral questions. Some critical thinking questions as well. Said interns will be working with multiple data analytical tools and a lot of learning on the job is required.
Hiring manager was kind and comforting. Asked thought provoking data questions and business case studies. Interview experience was overall pleasant and I had a great time interning at Henkel. It's a shame I couldn't be converted into a full timer though.
