My interview took place in the Henkel office in the heart of Moscow, as the recruiting staff worked expeditiously to plan it without any delays. The interview questions are mostly focused on practical experience and the ability to meet deadlines. Particularly highly valued was the capacity for teamwork. During the interview process, none of the questions were off-topic, and there was no sense of urgency.
I’ll be meeting with two managers at the same time. They’re both very professional, nice and polite. In addition, they seem to be interested in exploring new project opportunities together.
The first interview was HireVue and it was pretty simple. There were 4 questions asked with max 3 attempts per question and recording time of 2 mins each. We had to turn on our video for every answer and we were provided 60 sec for preparation before recording
Did some quick excel: It was just about intuiting some basic formulas. Next I talked about the job, then got to talk to the general manager, nice guy. The offices smelled very nice.
