The interview process took more than 3 months. I had 4 rounds of interviews. In the third interview, I was told this was the last interview. After 1 month, they reached out again for another interview. At the end I was not accepted to the position. I think the process is too long.

First round interview was straight forward. Question on my background, with some personal and situational question. Second round were more technical questions, related the the financial markets and Henkel's financing and risk strategy.
