Applied online. Received a call to set up an interview within a week. Drove to office for an in-person interview. Waited at their receptionist desk for about 10mins as they were interviewing multiple people that day. The interview was a very easy-going conversation despite my lack of experience in the industry and was fairly short. Straightforward questions. No real curve-balls.
