I had interviews scheduled with Technical Support, Sales, Operations, Finance, QC, HR, and CEO. The interview process required an entire day to complete and the company paid for round trip travel. Many of the senior level people were unprepared and had no idea what questions to ask or lacked significant product knowledge or vision.One manager didn't even show up for the scheduled interview because he forgot. CEO and head of Finance were sharp and provided a good interview but for the most part this was a waste of time and not a good fit for me. I got the impression this was a very relaxed and ragtag organization with a compensation and benefits package well below industry standards.
