Zunächst hatte ich ein klassisches Gespräch mit jemandem aus der HR Abteilung. Im Anschluss bekam ich eine Case Study, welche ich innerhalb von 24 Stunden bearbeiten musste sowie in einem weiteren Gespräch einem Vorgesetzten vorstellen musste. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass man sich mit meinem Lebenslauf zuvor auseinander gesetzt hatte, was ich immer sehr positiv finde. Auch war die Kommunikation super sowie auch die Absage, die telefonisch ablief und nicht einfach über Mail.

Initial HR intreview, strated in an uncommon way - the first thing I was asked, even before intro, was what questions do I have on the role and the company, It felt a bit wierd to me.
