1. 15 min introductory video call with the direct manager 2. 2 hour long timed case study 3. 30 min deep dive call with higher management. Got into more detail about the role and was asked more questions about my background. 4.

The first interview took around 30 mins. It felt super conversational and chill. We started off with the interview and I ended up asking a more about the company to the recruiter.
Il processo è stato il seguente: Video interview con domande in inglese e italiano, poi una call con HR (della sede in italia), un case da risolvere in due ore da casa (a me non sono bastate), un case in presenza in ufficio. Motlo veloce ed efficace. Magari considerando che si tratta di uno stage non finalizzato ad assunzione, l'iter selettivo è troppo serio

Very simple, asked about procurement and my experiences. Very typical interview format. No surprises. If you prepare for a standard interview you will be fine. They asked about my education, work experience, and any extracurriculars.
