Overall the interview process was smooth, with good preparation one could easily pass. There were 4 stages, HR Screening, Interview with the Hiring Manager, Technical Interview with Team Lead and the Final Interview. Although the people were nice the HR was that great, they didnt give me feedback despite mentioning in their interview that they would. Morever, they seemed to be in a alot of rush during the first interview.

The application process consists of interviews with Tech recruiter: leading him through my resume and then we discussed the overall HelloFresh’s team structure and culture --SQL take-home challenge--- Director Product Analytics: one SQL task was asked and then we chatted about my previous roles Director Product: no technical questions were asked, rather questions about previous experience in stakeholder management were discussed Teamlead Product Analytics: one A/B test case study was provided and time for more specific questions from my side about the role was given In summary, I can only say that this was one of the most pleasant interview processes I’ve ever had. All interviewers were very friendly, attentive, and very transparent about the next steps.
