Steps 1. Recruiter interview 2. Task 3. Technical interview with 2 Engineers Review 1. The recruiter questions were very basic and it feels like university interviews and not Interview for a big company. I have passed this step 2. The task wasn't difficult but a resource consuming especially if no one will consider reviewing it. Every aspect the task was testing can be tested easily in an interview with questions without having to waste time on a task. I have passed this step 3. Technical interview with two Engineers. That was the worst part. Two Engineers that they don't understand what you're saying and they have no idea about some technologies you are talking about. It feels like they are asking questions because they have to but they do not follow up on any answer. Some questions depends on memorizing the name of certain services. No one asked any question about the task or reviewed it. The final step the recruiter reached out to me with a rejection with a basic feedback that we need someone with more experience with deploying. However, I was asked only one question during the interview related to this which was answered correctly but it feels like they are rejecting without knowing the reason To be honest I noticed that the process is not organized after my first step but I decided to continue to take the interviewing experience only and practice so my bad review is not based on the rejection. I hope they improve in the future because the product is very good and working on it is interesting

The process involved a take home task. This was followed by a technical conversation about experiences and system design and then a values based interview. Overall it was pretty chill. System design interview involved a real life problem.
