Interview process was only a few interviews, very basic questions got to 3rd round and asked same questions, nothing crazy from the interview that I remember but they seem to only hire internally

Experience managing content calendars and creating content
it was good, not too difficult, friendly interviewers. We had a case interview as well which went well and wasn't too hard. no other feedback. the office also seemed nice
The interview process consisted of multiple stages, starting with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and an additional interview with an Associate Director. Each interview lasted approximately 30–45 minutes and focused on behavioral, operational, and strategic questions related to customer experience and team leadership.
After completing the last round, there was a period of little to no communication for nearly three weeks before I received a final decision via a generic rejection email with no feedback provided on my interviews.
The process ended with a generic rejection email and no meaningful feedback on my interviews. I was left with concerns about potential bias during the evaluation process based on my experience as a candidate.
