I applied for the position in Pleasanton while I was in school out-of-state. Roya the sales recruiter, was very accommodating and set up a phone interview, and then a second Google Hangout interview. The initial phone interview was with Roya, and was around 30 minutes. After our conversation we immediately scheduled the second interview. The second interview was with Nancy Figueroa, the sales manager. In this interview we discussed the logistics of the job, and how I would fit in the team environment.

I applied online and was quickly contacted to schedule an in-person interview. The interview took place in their office and was fairly quick and easy. Be sure to ask a lot of questions because the position is not exactly what is described online. Overall, I was really surprised with how quick the process was and how soon they got back to me.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter for a Brand Ambassador position. She said you needed to have totally open availability, including nights and weekends. I was told that they have very aggressive sales goals you needed to hit. She talked about the commission structure, which didn't seem that high. I ask her what the base pay was. She told me $10 an hour and I ended the interview. Who's going to give their totally open availability to a company that pays them $10 an hour?
