Apparently interview process consisted of several rounds of interviews which is a little ridiculous. Remove the 360 Interview, that was made for jealous current employees to take advantage of interested applicants. I interviewed with 2 current employees for my 360 Interview and from the moment I interviewed, I got the vibe that one of the 2 employees had a super arrogant personality. He got mad with all my answers and wouldn't let me speak. He kept interrupting me during every question. At the end of the interview, when I asked if there was anything that I could clarify he said no but if I do I will email you (in an arrogant way). Meanwhile the other employee was so nice. He asked a few additional follow up questions. I am glad I didn't get this job. To have to work with a coworker who is arrogant and jealous of potential applicants is not an environment I want to work in. If I could offer one piece of advice is remove excess rounds of interviews and make it 1-2 rounds and only with hiring manager.

The interview was alright and done well, but I am continually appalled at how often positions are open and how little they pay. $40,000 is not a livable wage anywhere, but especially in Pittsburgh.
