I submitted a great resume to the company. I had worked with one of their employees before and he had a very good opinion of me. I did have to wait for the Director of Ops to find time to come out and meet me. The Director of Ops came out to meet me, finally in Abbeyville, LA. I drove to the airport to meet him. I answered basic questions, and answered truthfully. They asked me several personality questions to see if I could get along with difficult people that I would be working with.
