got ghosted twice first in October they asked if Im located in the Netherlands to which i said yes(got no answer after that even when sending a follow up email) second in December I applied again and got an interview with their HR and it was positive and we talked about next steps(home assignment and then a technical interview with the team) then never heard from them again and after a week the job was removed from their website so they found somebody but the communication was really bad because i was waiting for the home assignment for a week and i had to find out on my own by checking their website even sending follow up email went un answered really bad communication
