I was contacted by headhunter, and I asked him to move forward with my application. I had two rounds, the first round with Hiring manager was good and very non-technical. The second round with two more Managers was really pathetic. While I was introducing myself, one of them was googling every time I was saying something that was unfamiliar to him. Moreover, he asked a question about fixing some dashboard which they were using everyday, I answered him that using “regex” the issue could be resolved. But it was hard for him to digest the fact that regex can be used in data visualization tools. Another person interviewing seemed to have not seen my CV at all. He was completely unaware of my current role and employer.
