The process began with a recruiter screen, followed by a conversation focused mainly on background and fit rather than technical questions. They asked about my prior internship experience, relevant coursework projects, and how I handle feedback or pushback in a work setting. The tone was conversational, and the interviewer seemed more interested in understanding my work style and experience than testing technical knowledge. Communication between rounds was clear and timely.

Applied online and got a call about a week later asking to come in for an interview. After the interview it was about 2 weeks later when I got a call to be offered the position
