Introduction was done for both sides to inform who is currently conducting the interview. Past work experiences were discussed and skills that have been obtained through aforementioned experiences. Current goal drive why candidate is applying for the position and relate each skill set that he/she has that would separate him/her from the rest of the candidates.

To the point but allowed interviewee to thoroughly express their thoughts regarding the questions. Atmosphere created was pleasing eliminating any difficulties brought about by tension. Overall the interview process went smoothly and transition between each question made it easy to deliver all wanted information.
