I was interviewed by a director who was the supervisor to the interns. She was very kind and easy to talk to. She was genuinely interested in what I hoped to gain from the internship. She asked me a lot of pointed questions about myself and gave me plenty of opportunities to describe my background and skills, which I appreciated.
