I applied via their website and within 2 days I was invited to submit my first stage videos, which I did within the time advised. I was then advised that I would be invited to the next stage interview, for which their colleauges would arrange a time and date. I replied advising my availability for the coming week and then zero contact from anyone at HT-1.I finally received the following response over 2 weeks later:
"Thank you so much for the time and effort you’ve put into your application to Healthtech-1 and my apologies for the delay getting back to you - things have been particularly busy on our end due to our company planning weeks and team capacity.
While we were really impressed with your videos and were excited to move forward with the virtual take-home test we wanted to give you an update. We recently made an offer to another candidate, and they have accepted the role. You did an excellent job progressing to this stage, but as the position has now been filled, we’ll be closing the application process. I completely understand this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for and truly appreciate the time and enthusiasm you invested."
I think they've clearly got issues as a start-up and clearly lack process or at least professional courtesy to actually keep their candidates looped in. I applied even after seeing all the other negative reviews. I didn't bother chasing as I would have expected they would have improved their ways of working considering their replies to other reviews. It is clearly not the case.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was asked to create a couple of videos, however I won't go into detail as I don't believe anyone should apply to a company that treats people like they do, Maybe that courtesy only goes as far as their employees, not prospective employees.
The hiring process was really disappointing. Communication was poor, timelines were unclear, and it felt like my time was completely wasted. I followed up several times with no real response, only to find out the role had already been filled. There was no transparency or respect for candidates, and it honestly felt like they don’t value equality. AVOID.

The interview process took 2 and a half months and I didn't get offered the final interview, so it could have easily taken another month if I'd been offered the position. This feels too long for an entry level position. I had to repeatedly chase them, at one point I was told that I would get a response on the same day but actually waited over a week.
First I had to record 2 videos - one of me selling myself and one of me describing how to do something.
Then a written task to answer example emails and create example help articles.
Then an in person half day assessment where they presented their product and I needed to present it back to them. They also asked me to answer and email to a customer which seemed unnecessary when I did that in the previous stage.
The final stage would have been a principles interview but I didn't get offered it.
They don't seem to care about your previous experience - I wasn't asked any questions and was rejected as I don't seem like a good fit and didn't ask enough questions (when I felt like I understood everything fine)
