I’m disappointed with my experience at Healthfirst. I had an interview with the hiring manager that went very well, and I was looking forward to the next steps. After two weeks of waiting, I sent a follow-up regarding the process but never received a response from HR.
Leaving applicants in the dark like this feels unprofessional, and it raises questions about the approach Healthfirst uses for managing candidates and filling positions. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve received no updates—neither an email nor any changes on the candidate portal.
