First a phone call interview and then a face to face online interview. Interviews were pretty normal just getting familiar and answering the basic questions. Took about 30-40 minutes for the second part.
The interviewer asked some pretty generic customer service question, definitely didn’t care about me as a person. You could probably look up customer service interview questions and it’ll be exactly what was asked
