I received a home assignment and spent around 5–6 hours completing it. After that, I got rejected with no real feedback—just a generic message. This was very frustrating and disappointing. I invested serious time and energy, and they didn’t even explain what was wrong or why I was rejected. If a company asks candidates to do long home assignments, giving at least basic feedback should be the minimum. This hiring process feels unfair and disrespectful to candidates’ time.
