1) Initial screening interview with recruiter
2)90 minute contracts assessment assignment that included redlining a contract, two questions that promoted you to write an email to a co-worker given a couple of a facts, two questions that asked you to write an email to people outside the company with a couple of facts. Not nearly enough information given to accurately complete tasks, very ambiguous questions. Way too much to do for an assessment as the step following a screening interview.
