The interview process was completely virtual and so well organized. I really enjoyed meeting with the team. Everyone was so warm, calm, thorough and I can see how collaborative they are. I’m very excited to be joining this team & company!

Entretien
I submitted my application through the company website and was contacted by the hiring manager very quickly. I had a 30 minute conversation with her, and then connected with HR to further review the role and HealthVerity as a whole. After, I received an assessment which tested my SQL and healthcare analytics knowledge and was given about 3 days to complete it. A virtual panel interview followed where I met with 6 HealthVerity members: two directors, two members on the team, the hiring manager and a People Partner. I received an offer within a few days and was able to negotiate parts of my compensation package.
I was very pleased with the interview process. It took about 3 weeks to move through all of the steps. HealthVerity was very responsive during the process. Although the panel interview was long, it was really great to meet so many people in the company and to receive a well rounded assessment of the role and company culture.

Entretien
The interview process was rigorous without being stressful; it showed the importance HealthVerity places in finding individuals who best suit the specific needs of a role. It began with a screening phone call with the HR department. I then completed a coding assessment in real time with a lead engineer, working through the problems with him. Next I took part in a series of phone calls with a variety of individuals across the different teams that interact with the healthcare data analyst position. Finally there was an on-site interview with some of the team members.
I appreciated the opportunity to meet many members of the team before being made an offer as it allowed me to be sure that the company would be a good fit for me. All of the conversations I had were light-hearted and thought-provoking, again showing the pride that the entire team has for the work they do.
