      Entretien pour Sales Operations Analyst

      12 avr. 2021
      Candidat à l'entretien anonyme
      Atlanta, GA
      Aucune offre
      Expérience négative
      Entretien facile

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez HealthVerity (Atlanta, GA) en avr. 2021

      Entretien

The first step was with a recruiter and it was a phone screen followed by an analysis assessment. Then interview with hiring manager. Interview questions were fairly simple. What I didn’t care for was not being told ahead of time or there being anything in the job description about them wanting salesforce admin experience. The emphasis was placed on having analysis experience but not salesforce admin. Wish they had told me sooner so I wouldn’t have wasted my time with the interviews.

      Question 1

What type of environment do you enjoy working in? What would your former coworkers say about you? Do you have salesforce admin experience?

Healthverity is a company that has no respect for your time as a candidate. The interview process consisted of a phone screen, a skills assessment, a short interview, and then a longer panel interview. After completing the panel interview, the recruiter called to say they actually needed to schedule another interview with a member of the leadership team, which was fine. After completing that interview, they decided they had to schedule yet ANOTHER interview (this is now the 5th day of interviewing) with someone who had NOTHING to do with the role I was interviewing for (and they even told me that during the interview!) They then proceeded to call ALL of my references only to send a generic rejection email (thanking me for “coming on site” even though everything was completely remote). I value my time, but I also truly value my references who take the time out of their busy days to vouch for me. I don’t even care about not getting an offer from an obviously disorganized and haphazard company, I just don’t take it lightly that they wasted my references time. Healthverity, some feedback- don’t call references if you are not prepared to make an offer.

      Entretien

The interview process consisted of 3 phone screens, one with an external HR Rep, one with the head of people resources and 1 with the hiring manager. Before meeting directly, I was given a skills test which I passed. The location is a nice modern open office space in Center City with a gym located next to it. it is a start up culture and most people including management were wearing sneakers and jeans. I met with a principal (sales rep), hiring manager, COO and head of people resources. The meetings lasted about 30 minutes each and the questions were reasonable, but sometimes uncomfortable (probing). As previously mentioned, Healthverity is a startup, so the process may not be as polished as more established companies. They are really trying to see if you are going to be a fit for their unique culture which is very understandable. The hiring manager made sure the meeting stayed on schedule and that I was on point with my answers. The products are unique and the funding level is solid. The company is in good hands and will be successful moving forward. I could tell because the COO/Founder is a guy who has experience in starting companies and raising money. His demeanor was confident and calm which gives you a reassuring feeling about the company. After this I was invited to speak with a higher level manager before making a possible offer. I ended the process because I wound up getting a full time offer from my current employer, I was contract before that offer.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

How did you prepare for the interview? What did you bring to the interview? How do you like to be managed? Why haven't I stayed more than a year at my past couple of jobs? Give me an example of something you are currently doing at work and how you are analyzing the data in that particular project.
