A few quick questions, then he asked me to sell him on insurance that I had sold before. I went through for a minute the he said "You can sell." and grabbed the HR manager for me to complete the paperwork and sign the offer letter.

Total of three interviews asking about KPI's, most challenging situations, handling constructive criticism and reaching sales goals. First interview will be with a recruiter and the second two are with the sales manager.
The interview process was easy. First you get a phone call and then you get some assessments which you are required to finish within time. Overall it was good experience.

The process (from beginning to end) was very quick, efficient and straightforward. A personality index was a portion of the process, initially results aren’t provided. However once hired, you’ll take another one and are able to review the results. Overall it was a painless experience.
