I received and invitation to do a phone screening interview the day after submitting my resume. The recruiter expressed that I would be a great candidate and will work on setting me up with another interview with the marketing team. I never heard back, not even an email. I continued to email every week, and checked my application status. A month later the opening finally closed. It is disappointing for an organization as big as HealthPartners to not take the time to respond. However, this also tells me that they may not be the company for me because of how they respond.
