I had a phone interview that was relatively straightforward. I believe it was the first of a series of interviews. But the interview itself was low pressure. The interviewer just asked me questions and I answered to the best of my ability.

Question 1
I was asked some questions about my experience with Customer Service, what kind of work environment I thrive in, and what I believe to be the most important part of the Customer Service Process.
I was nervous, but it wasn't difficult and lasted about 20 minutes. I had thought it would go on for an hour, but it was a lot shorter. Prepare for the interview, but as long as you try to answer in the best way that you can, then I think you can get hired.

Fairly easy. Two interviews, one with a recruiter, the other with a general manager. Asked basic interview questions and behavioral questions to see if you can handle upset customers or high volume call days.
