Entretien
There were three phone interviews with a mix of technical, background and cultural fit questions. The interview schedule was smooth with great communication and quick turn around. The office interview was set with six people with various backgrounds, from customer service and technical support to engineering and people management. They are highly focused on cultural fit and people that will be able to grow with the company and stay true to their values.

Entretien
A few phone calls with their recruiting team and then a few on-site visits. The visits were split up into 3 hr sections while meeting with several different departments along with their culture manager. They take you on a complete tour of their amazing office space and creative areas that you can work in outside of our desk area.

They really pride themselves on their company culture and ask several questions in regards to how you will fit into their office and team, related to honesty and kindness. Other questions were more technical in nature which was expected with the role and completely in-line with the position.
