Applied online. Had an initial recruiter interview with an internal recruiter in India which was meant to be 30min but ran over to almost 50mins. For an initial recruiter call it was detailed and somewhat challenging. Lots of 'tell me about a time when' style questions but quite well woven into the conversation about my experience. Before any more interviews, was given two case study tasks, one was an analytical one with data with the other being coming up with and writing a GTM plan completely new vertical. Apparently this was meant to take 2-4 hours total - nonsense, each task took hours and had to use my weekend to complete. One of these tasks would have been more than enough and more appropriate for stage 3 interview task. Result of all of this was a brief email rejection with zero feedback 3 days after submitting. Apparently other candidates did it better - maybe then spent even more time on these two tasks than I did. Massive waste of time, although great way for them to generate some free ideas. Doesn't feel great though to put in all this effort without ever even meeting the hiring manager or anyone of importance, let alone getting no feedback.

The first interview with a recruiter was fast and easy. They immediately sent a case study for the next phase. Although I had a tight schedule, I delivered and submitted a proper case assignment in 3 days. They didn't even try to reach out to me or send any updates for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I got rejection email - the overall process was very unprofessional. They are collecting information but it doesn't seem like that they want to hire eager and hardworking people.
