Applied and got selected for an online assessment. In their initial communication, they explicitly claimed they would get back to me within 5–7 days—which turned out to be a big lie. After waiting well past their promised deadline, I finally had to mail them myself just to get an update. They responded claiming they are 'still reviewing candidates,' but I highly doubt that at this stage. It has now been 4 weeks since the assessment. They say they will get back with an update, but still nothing. It is a terrible, unethical way to operate—wasting people's time and effort, and not even having the decency or basic ethics to send a clear rejection or update mail. Instead, they just keep candidates hanging indefinitely.
