I did a short online application, and then I was asked to write a demo episode script according to my choice of three prompts. The script had to be at least 800 words and include an intro narration.
I didn’t interview because this is a scam. They ask you to pay to subscribe to their service, listen to a full series, and write an 8 page script. Pay is based off subscriptions, so nothing guaranteed.

As everyone else is reporting, they ask you to complete unpaid spec work and make you pay for a subscription to access the content you need to complete said work. Basically, it's free labor.
