This was one of the strangest interviews I’ve had yet. The job title was in line with what I’m looking for but the description was very vague so I was excited to learn more during the interview. The interviewer seemed unprepared. They were very quiet and I had to kick off the interview and felt like I was leading it the whole time, which was fine. But I didn’t feel like I received answers to any of my questions and, ultimately, didn’t feel the role was well thought out or a good fit.

One-way online Interview. Behavioural and situational questions. - Tell me about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose personality differed greatly. - Give me an example of a time you faced a conflict with a coworker. - Describe a time when you had to step up and demonstrate leadership skills 1 minute preparation and 3 minutes to answer. 5 questions asked Business casual attire is recommended. The Hirevue platform was used.
