The interview process was well-organized and professional. The recruiter clearly explained each stage, from initial screening through final rounds. Interviewers were knowledgeable, asked relevant questions about my technical skills and experience, and provided helpful feedback. Communication was timely throughout, making it a positive and transparent experience overall

Hastings seems like a good company to work for in terms of benefits and the people I spoke to during the interview stages however their recruitment process is awful. I applied for this job in June and had my first stage interview 2 weeks after which was then followed by a technical task (standard procedure) this was what was advertised in the job description however I was then asked to have a final interview with the head of the telematics department. I was then told I have another final interview with the director of telematics. What’s next the CEO? Baring in mind this was just a junior role, the amount of stages during the process was extremely unnecessary. The times between each interview was weeks and I constantly had to chase it up. Unfortunately I did not receive the offer due to another candidate being more experienced but luckily since it took months, I had multiple other interviews with other companies
