Wasted two months of time, effort, and a $100k remote job in SF for this pathetic lot. Poor organizational structure. CEO works out of India and lacks synergy with employees in Bengaluru. Didn't even tell me the actual position and job title, even on the last round. Lacks professionalism & international outlook at the hiring level & C-suite. It started with one list of job requirements and ended with a rejection citing a requirement that is in itself a separate role—abysmal handling of potential employees' time and effort. And on top of all, the job listing vanishes right after with no alternate person hired.
