      Entretien

I applied online and had a response from the Head office within a few days. She asked me a few questions on the phone and then emailed me some surveys to do online. I completed the surveys which took about a half hour. One was just repeating the same questions over and over again asking if you would ever steal! The other was a personality test which I always find to be awkward and the results don't match how I feel. I was contacted within another week to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by a regional visual manager which he didn't even introduce himself as, so I was very confused. I spent about an hour answering a lot of questions regarding my online survey which I didn't think was productive at all!! After answering all of the questions I was asked if I had any questions. I wasn't told about the position AT ALL!! So I had no idea what the job was, which store it was for, who would be my manager, who I would work with, what the daily tasks would look like. I asked all of the questions I needed but made my decision almost immediately. I felt the interviewer was more focused on how he came across and wanted to make sure that I understood who the boss/talent was in the company. I left knowing that I wouldn't want to work for someone like this, but I was contacted for a second interview. The man was very surprised that I turned down his amazing offer, but I knew I had to follow my gut instinct and run far far away!
