It was a pretty standard interview. They asked questions about why I wanted this job, what my customer service job experience has been, strengths and weaknesses, how would I handle a difficult customer, work ethic stuff, and sales experience and techniques.

2 interviews plus an assessment test. One on One interview with manager of store. The manager will call or email to set up an appointment or to tell you they are not interested. Previous customer service and/or sales is required.
