Quick and kind of awkward because I had extensive work (military) experience that got brought up but wasn’t relevant. Got hired for a tiny amount of hours and lowest possible pay.

2. The manager messaged me to schedule an interview
3. Sent an offer letter the same day
4. Waited on Background Check
5. Completed a new hire paperwork online
6. Came to the store to complete my onboarding with needed documents

Fast and straight to the point. Interview was maybe 15 minutes. Great experience would do again. Very professional and focuses on my answers and why I felt certain ways. Very through
It's not very difficult. They were already impressed with my volunteer and club participation (High School), despite not having any previous work experience. The questions that they ask are not very difficult, mainly education, work experiences, job description (with salary).
