Applied online. Phone call to set up interview date. 30 mins interview in person. Talked about goals and why I wanted to work for harris teeter. Discussed pay scale and work schedule. Discussed training. I had to come back within a few days after I took the drug test to fill out more papers.

The interview was simple enough. It was through a Zoom call. After putting my application in, I was able to schedule the meeting myself. The questions were straight forward and behavior-based.
