One week before the interview, I was asked to prepare a slide presentation. When I arrived for the interview, I noted there were right people there to conduct my interview. After each introduced themselves, I was asked to introduce myself and present. After the presentation, each person had a question that included multiple questions. All the questions were similar to what I asked others when interviewing applicants. That same day, I was asked to come for a second interview a week later. On that day, I visited with the SVP, Chief, and he asked a lot about my vision and experience. On that same day, I was given an offer.
