The interview process consists of approximately three stages: an initial recruiter screening, a panel interview with project management team members, and a final interview with senior leadership, including Marketing and Communications leadership.

First Interview was done over Microsoft teams with Brady from HR. Took about an hour. Second Interview is with a panel of PMs on Microsoft Teams. Third Interview is with the director of operations and the director of the trainee program.
