I was conducted by a recruiter. I had one interview with the head of the department. She was very polite and came off as very skilled and capable to lead her team. The interview went as followed: Role description on their end, their challenges and their future goals for development. I presented myself and then there were a couple of questions to see how candidates tackle problems. I never heard back from them, not even an automated rejection email.
