While I had a positive experience with the interviewer and the hiring manager during my interview process for the security engineering intern role who asked me relevant questions, I wouldn't feel disappointed by the rejection as I got a good interview experience. But I am very disappointed by the HR. She was unprofessional and took 15 days just to send me rejection mail, despite me sending follow-up emails and being promised an update. This experience of ignorance has left me feeling disheartened about the way your company treats its applicants. Even small-scale companies have better HR practices than this. It's not just about the delay, but the lack of communication and the ignorant behavior demonstrated by the HR representative. A simple rejection email sent on time with clear communication would have been much better than the rude behavior I experienced. I kindly request that you look into this matter and ensure that your HR department is operating in a professional and respectful manner toward all applicants. Don't treat applicants like this, you never know what they are going through Although I don't have any personal grievances with you, I'm genuinely disappointed by the way I was treated.
