Entretien
The basic crew member interview is 40 or so questions long. The interviewer asks the questions and has a guide that tells them whet\her you answered the question correctly or not. I find the interview to be somewhat difficult for people who have not worked in the food service industry to get correct, just because the interview is looking for conceptual matches that most people who haven't worked in food service won't hit.

How many hours in total do you work in a week? The conceptual match is 60 hours plus, but most people don't consider going to school or doing household chores actual work, the conceptual match does.
