Very long process; First a record interview with four questions (talk about your work experience, talk about something you love, what do you know about harding, why you?) all question have to be answer in 1minute and you have two trials only with 15s prep. If accepted you'll pass a one to one interview where a lot of questions will be asked, be prepared ! The question will be about your work experience, about sales, upselling, what brand describe you and why?, tell something special you did for a client, why you'll be suitable for the job? how manage stressful situation, difficult client? Then you'll be invited to a final group interview that will last about 2hours, this one is more formal and presentation of the company and life onboard
