Very easy to transition from crew member to shift leader. plenty of opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and quickly advance to higher role, although pay does not reflect amount of work load

Very quick. Basicly no questions asked! All was asked was when I could start and where I would think I would like to start work on? Meaning backline or front line.
They sit you down and discuss your career goals where you want to be in 5 years yada yada yada. It was pretty straightforward and smooth not alot of trick questions.
