I applied and interviewed for the Junior Account Manager role at Harcoza. The CEO is amazing. He is charismatic and a contagious leader.
The one red flag, that ultimately lead to me turning down the job, was the offer letter. It consisted of maybe one paragraph and said nothing regarding compensation or benefits. Although the CEO did give me a broad overview of the compensation structure in the interview, it is unprofessional to leave it out in the offer letter.
As the job is door-to-door sales, I would not recommend it due to the undisclosed compensation structure.
