I was brought in for a one on one interview with the store manager. He was not prepared for the interview and began to read my resume when I got there. He let me know he was required to do 5 interviews for every open possition and then read my resume. He had no questions for me. He told me the job paid $8.00 per hour and was 20 hours or less per week with no benefits. He then asked if I would be interested. I have a B.A. with management experiance so I think he knew my answer before asking. He wasted my time to fill one of his 5 required interviews for his quota.
